A key feature of the project is its integration into the surrounding natural mountainous landscape. The construction follows the natural slope of the terrain, with each apartment set back from the one below, utilizing the rooftops to provide spacious terraces and rooftop gardens.

The facades are characterized by a balanced contrast between Travertine, with its natural striations that emphasize the horizontal lines of the overhanging floors, and bronze-colored metal, which highlights the vertical slatted elements, the window frames, and the large planters. These planters break up and modulate the rhythm of the elevations, adding variety to the structure through the diversity of the plantings.
